Technological capabilities:
• processing on horizontal processing-centres TOYODA FH63S ( pallets 630 x 630 mm), TOYODA FH50 ( pallets 500 x 500 mm),
• CNC turning on a lathe centre MAZAK INTEGREX ( max. Ø500 length 1575 mm),
• NC turning of the chucking lathes TZC 321N ( max Ø630 over the bed),
• conventional turning on the centre-, face- and vertical- lathes,
• milling on the planner mills and universal milling machines,
• drilling, boring, grinding of the surfaces, shafts, cutting with a band-saw.
Processed details:
• body type for the purposes of pumping technique and machine industry, of max. dimensions 1000x1000x1000 mm,
• disc type of max. diameter Ø1350.
• shaft type of max. diameter Ø500 mm and length 1575 mm,
Other activities:
• 2-plane balancing, of the rotary parts of weight up to 80 kgs and diameter Ø500 mm, on a balancer CMT 80.
• induction hardening of the shafts,
• assembling of the machines subassemblies,
• servicing of the pumps.
